I'm Claude Simon, and I'd be happy to be your photographer. I'm located in Long Island, NY area where I have a studio with professional lights and I have persmission to shoot at all the beautiful locations nearby. I also travel to your location, I can even bring most of my studio lights, converting your home to a studio.

My specialty is capturing weddings in a real life and photojournalistic technique and my exclusive lighting method creates a unique look for the modern day bride that knows her own style. Claude Simon Photography also offers professional portraiture of babies, families, high school seniors and dogs. My background is in architecture; my degree is in Environmental Design and I worked as an architect for five years before giving into my passion for photography and starting Claude Simon Photography

Some advice

• chose clothing for one person first
• build the rest of the group's outfits based on the first person (colors don't have to match but they need to go together)
• keep in mind where you are going to be shootingr
• stick to one style
• avoid loud patterns or huge logos or words on an outfit
• bring accessories and props that pull together the outfit
• bring an object that means a lot to you, for example one of my clients brought her scissors (she is a hairdresser and they mean a lot to her)

How much does it cost?:

Service 1

Sitting Fee (a standard charge for shooting the initial portrait)

Service 2

Portrait Packages (standard shooting time, proofs, retouching, CD or prints).

Service 3

Portrait Sessions (same as Portrait Package, but includes consultation before the sitting, online proofs, prints, CDs and framing.

Service 4

Print Packages (no sitting fees, proofs and retouching all included in price with specific numbers of images)

Service 5

Prints Only (a "per print" price that covers all costs based on the number of people in the portrait)

Service 6

Proofing and editing are separate charges usually based on a standard digital imaging per hour charge.
